1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

3. Account Registration and Security

3.4 Account Closure Rights

Grounds for Account closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information during registration, violation of responsible gaming policies, abusive behavior toward staff, suspected money laundering, collusion with other Users, use of prohibited betting strategies, or any activity that undermines the integrity of our Platform. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your original deposit method, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to mpo999, unless closure results from fraudulent activity, in which case all funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo999 accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and cryptocurrency transfers using USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC). All deposits must originate from an account or wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the sender, minus any applicable processing fees.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah) for standard Account holders, with higher limits available for VIP tier members. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits are credited to your Account typically within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallets, and within 15-60 minutes for cryptocurrency transactions, subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during Indonesian business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Same-day processing is standard for verified Accounts with completed KYC documentation. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. For security purposes, first-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 25,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time of up to 24-48 hours. 4.4 Fees and Charges

You agree that all bonuses are discretionary offers and that mpo999 may modify or cancel bonus programs at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Time Limits

All bonuses must be used within the specified promotional period, typically 7-30 days from the date of crediting, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time period, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be automatically forfeited and removed from your Account balance. Only your original deposited funds will remain.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity
